The Land Survey Board of Trinidad and Tobago (LSBTT) together with the Institute of Surveyors of Trinidad and Tobago (ISTT), presented a seminar on Adverse Possession on Land at the Normandie Hotel, St. Ann’s Port of Spain on Sunday 16th May 2010, 8:30am – 2:00pm. Many members and non-members were in attendance. Attached we now provide the presentations of Mr. Colvin Blaize and Mr. Lyndon Antoine.
Mr. Ian Benjamin also presented an extremely interesting discourse on the
topic from a strictly legal perspective but notes on this presentation are not
included here.
