There will be a presentation by Janice Roberts, a professional in the insurance industry.  Ms. Roberts' profile appears below:

Ms. Roberts has been in the Insurance Industry for thirty seven years, and has practiced as an Insurance Broker for over thirty three years. She has considerable practical and theoretical knowledge of all types of Insurance.

Janice is experienced in Property, Casualty and Liability lines including Professional Indemnity and Directors and Officers Liability coverages. she has also handled and designed insurance programmes for clients in the Marine, Aviation and Energy., Manufacturing and Construction  and Financial sectors.

Having served as lecturer at the Academy of Insurance in Marine, Property and other classes of Insurance, and she has lectured at the Institute of Business, UWI in Risk Management. In addition she has also developed many in-house training programmes for Insurance Companies/Brokers and Corporate Bodies in the field of insurance as well Customer Service and Management Training.

A graduate of the Arthur Lok Jack School of Business, Janice has held several Senior positions in the industry both in Insurance Broking and Company Operations. She has also served as President of the Trinidad and Tobago Insurance Institute for several years and President of the Insurance Institutes of the Caribbean. A dedicated Rotarian, she has been a Board Member of the Rotary Club of Central Port of Spain for many years and has served as President for the period 2007-2008 and Rotary District 7030 Treasurer 2009-2010.
