The following table identifies the scale of fees as agreed to by the ISTT in 2006. The rates provided can be used as a general guideline and do not prevent any professional from altering them as he/she sees fit based on the varied circumstances that might exist.

1. A Day is estimated on the quantum of work that can be done in five (5) hours.
2. It is suggested that two percent (2%) of the potential/actual value of the surveyed commercial, industrial and residential land parcel/development is to be added to the Minimum Day Rate as consideration for the risks and potential liabilities inherent to the exercise.
