CARIBBEAN CONSTRUCTION ADVISORY
SERVICES (CCAS)
is an alliance between Bould Consulting Group,
headquartered in Grand Cayman, and Katz & Stone, L.L.P., a speciality
construction law firm in the Washington D.C. area, that provides expert
construction consulting services to clients throughout the Caribbean. CCAS
offers construction industry professionals, owners, Governments,
contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, designers and sureties the full
range of legal, expert and consulting services vital to the successful
resolution of project performance issues and construction disputes.
Given our familiarity with Caribbean construction
conditions, the various forms of contract used in the region and both
English and American construction contract law principles, we are able to
provide our clients with experienced consultation not available from any
other single source in the region. CCAS understands the realities of
